Felicita's story
Felicita lives in a community in the department of Yoro, Honduras. She is 59 years old and a widow. She has five children, who are her greatest financial support. From a very young age, she has worked with her family at the agricultural activities.
It is clear that Felicita works hard to maintain her family. At night, after a hard day's work, the conditions in her house are not very good due to the lack of electricity, as her community does not have access to this basic service.
She asks for a loan to purchase a solar-powered electrical system from Soluz Honduras, which will allow her to have better lighting, charge their cell phones, and save on the expense of traditional energy.
