A loan of $8,000 helps a ladder factory in Phoenix move into its own production shop.
Victoria's story
I am Mexican, I am an accountant and worked for many years in a tax and accounting company, my husband worked as an employee for more than 30 years doing residential stairs and since our children got married, we decided with the experience of both of us to start our own company.
We started it 4 years ago, now we have 1 permanent and 1 part time worker. We work in our garage and that is why we bought a piece of land to make it. We dream of a production workshop to elaborate the wood and metal works and to have a small office to keep the accounting and financial records of the company.
