What is the mission of your organization?

Foundry Collective partners with local organizations across the Pacific Northwest to support Main Street businesses, artisans, tradespeople, makers, growers, and more. We provide essential resources—from business planning to funding access—helping community leaders build strong local economies. We believe sustainable growth starts within communities themselves.

Borrower Due Diligence

How will you decide who to endorse as a borrower? What due diligence will you conduct?

We use CO.STARTERS and IdeaBuddy to help entrepreneurs develop solid business ideas. Through Kiva Oregon, we facilitate microloans for local businesses. Our Kiva Oregon Capital Access Manager reviews each application, ensuring borrowers have the tools and support needed for success.
