Why are you interested in becoming a Trustee?

We convene our city's most engaged innovators and entrepreneurs in order to build community and support a growing and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem. Becoming a Kiva Trustee would enable us to offer access to capital while expanding community engagement.

To create a center of gravity for local innovation and entrepreneurship. To help individuals and teams work happier, healthier, and more productively.

Borrower Due Diligence

How will you decide who to endorse as a borrower? What due diligence will you conduct?

To be eligible for our endorsement, borrowers must be known and active members of our entrepreneurial community. In most cases, they will also be required to participate in programming designed to help them hone their business plan and skills, such as meeting with mentors, practicing their pitch in front of live audiences, and sharing their time and knowledge with others in the community.
