Why are you interested in becoming a Trustee?

The Mine works places young professionals on social innovation projects in Tulsa. We help social entrepreneurs by developing leaders and creating sustainable solutions in our Fellowship program and building community knowledge in social innovation and entrepreneurship through workshops and events.

What is the mission of your organization?

The Mine is a catalyst for social innovation. We’re equipping Tulsa’s entrepreneurs, creatives, non-profits, and developers to create a better world. We’re part prestigious fellowship, part curated programming and all impact.

Borrower Due Diligence

How will you decide who to endorse as a borrower? What due diligence will you conduct?

The Mine will endorse only those who are affiliated with our program, either through a project or our alumni network. This means that all organizations endorsed by The Mine have gone through or are currently participating in an intensive human-centered design and problem-solving Fellowship, which includes customer discovery, researching best practices, ideating and prototyping solutions, and building a business and financial model.
