Borrower Due Diligence

How will you decide who to endorse as a borrower? What due diligence will you conduct?
Individuals have to graduate from our class, completing their business plan and then have the plan reviewed by an SBDC representative. They would also have to complete a personal financial review process with staff of the MicroEnterprise program in addition to meeting the Kiva requirments.
