Borrower Due Diligence

How will you decide who to endorse as a borrower? What due diligence will you conduct?

We would like to provide guidance and help grow a small business by providing not only attention, but potentially a space where they can develop their business. In choosing to endorse borrowers we will be selecting those that have a major impact on the local economy and a strong vision for their brand.
