We are interested in becoming better connected with other players in the CDFI/Micro-finance industry, as well as having access to a platform to help provide capital solutions for our and others clients.

Our mission is to provide both capital and technical assistance resources to under-served populations in the NJ area.

Borrower Due Diligence

How will you decide who to endorse as a borrower? What due diligence will you conduct?

We will look to use borrowers that have already come through our application process and underwriting. This underwriting includes a credit check and an analysis of current cash-flow capacity. We have certain parameters that we use to determine if a borrower will be a good fit and have a good likelihood of paying the funds back. Those that we determine have a viable opportunity and plan to take advantage of such will be considered for endorsement on Kiva Zip.
