Borrower Due Diligence

How will you decide who to endorse as a borrower? What due diligence will you conduct?

Any business applying must be a member of the PMAHCC and decisions to endorse a borrower will be made by a majority vote of the board of directors...after a thorough review of the borrower's business plan.
