- BIOGRAPHY (BUSINESS PROFILE) Meet Mr. Confidence Gborku Adjei, A highly motivated and result oriented graduate of the University of Professional Studies and a Transformation Academy, (TA) Certified Professional Master Mindset Life, Career, business and entrepreneurial Coach, a (CPD), World-Leading accreditation program. He is a dedicated Life Coach with experience in resort and direct counseling positions. Highly educated and well trained with expertise in dealing with financial, physical and relational issues. He has diagnosed and audited over 25 businesses in Ghana and with over 6 years practical experience in entrepreneurship, business development, career and personal development of youth. He also has over 10 years’ experience in the educational sector. He is Resourceful and focused professional with strong decision making and organizational skills. With much experience in entrepreneurship and business operation. He is dedicated in coaching and mentoring young individuals in career development, personal branding and development, and business operation. His First degree was in accounting and currently pursuing Professional Certificate in Accountancy, ICAG and Professional Certificate in Leadership and Management, CMI- UK. He has also personally trained more than 285 young individuals in entrepreneurship with his famous “5 minutes with Confidence” program. He is the founder of Nexus Professional, Founder and President, Confidence Adjei Community Development Projects (CACDP) and also cofounder and project lead, NexPro TV an Online Television. He is currently the director of Business and Proposal, Educate Africa Institute (EAI), HQ- Ghana. He is currently the Country Director of International Internship University, IIU Ghana and also ambassador for Global Model United Nations Conference, 2021 organized by YDIC, IIU. He has been keynote speaker and moderator at several International Internship University, IIU conferences such as First International Sustainable Development Goal Conference, 2021, Second IIU African Virtual Conference hosted by IIU-Ghana, Youth Development International Council, YDIC Conference 2021 and third IIU African Virtual Conference by IIU-Nigeria. He has completed several certified life purposes, employee’s development, career development courses with certification from Florida USA. He has been awarded with Global Educator Award 2021 and also Sustainable Development Goal Leader in 2021.
