A loan of $400 helps to purchase more meat to sell.

Joetta's story
Joetta is a 43-year-old entrepreneur. She lives with her partner and four children; three of whom are currently in school. Joetta completed school up to eighth grade, before leaving school. Despite this, she is a dedicated businesswoman who specializes in selling meat, a skill she learned from her mother. Over the years, she has successfully managed her business. She works hard from Monday to Saturday and uses a motorcycle to transport supplies to her business site.
To expand her business, she has applied for a loan through BRAC Liberia, a Kiva lending partner. With this loan, she plans to purchase more meat to sell to her loyal customers. She is proud of her business because it sends her children to school. She hopes to build a house in the future. Joetta would like to express her sincere gratitude for the support.
