Sara's story
I started Bumbleroot to create the type of food business I wanted to exist in the world and to (hopefully!) play small a part in changing the food system. After growing up in Montana (my grandparents had been ranchers), working as a Senate Advisor on Agriculture in the U.S. Senate, and advising for a non-profit collaborating with the agricultural industry in Zimbabwe, I saw the challenges in our food system and wanted to create a company that sourced from the best producers using regenerative practices to create nutrient dense, easy-to-use food products.
