Hằng

Ms. Hằng is 36 years old and lives with her family in the Đông Sơn district. She has 4 children who are still in school and depend on her financially. Her eldest child is in 9th grade, the second in 5th grade, the third in 2nd grade, and the youngest is only 4 years old.

With over three years of experience in small-scale trading, Ms. Hằng currently runs a small grocery store. Her husband works as a freelance laborer, but their income remains unstable. Due to limited capital, her store lacks a diverse product range, making it difficult to attract more customers. As a low-income household, her family faces ongoing financial struggles.

Having benefited from previous loans, Ms. Hằng continues to trust Thanh Hoá MFI and is now applying for her sixth loan. She aims to expand her store by purchasing more snacks, candies, and milk to increase product variety and better serve her customers. One of her biggest challenges is that many customers buy on credit, making cash flow difficult.

Ms. Hằng dreams of a healthier and happier family. She hopes to earn enough to support her children's education and improve her business so that her products can sell at higher prices, ensuring a more stable financial future.
