Touba Aly Mbenda Group's story
This group of women has been in existence since March 2016. They live in the same neighbourhood and maintain strong ties of kinship and solidarity. They have been engaged in small business for 9 years.
Madame FATOU, standing on the right of the photo with her hand raised, is the group's leader. She is 55 years old, married, and has five children, including three daughters. She has a small retail business and intends to sell these items at the local market.
With the proceeds, she plans to increase her savings and help her husband meet the family's needs (food, care, children's education).
