Meet Sebastian!
Sebastian provides for his family with a small tire repair shop in the rural community of Canglon in East Panama.
With a lot of dedication and hard work, his small repair shop is trusted by many people in the region. Sebastian has seen that a lot of the tires go to waste and pollute the environment, he wants to be an agent of change and recycle some of the tires.
Today, Sebastian is applying for a microloan to start a tire recycling business. With the funds he plans to buy used tires, fix them and sell them locally at affordable prices. With this initiative he plans to contribute to the reduction of waste and also generate additional income for his small entreprise.
