Sirlene, second in the photo from right to left, is an uncomplicated, friendly and hardworking woman. She was born in the capital city of São Paulo, where she spent her entire childhood. She moved to the city of Diadema when she got married, to live with her husband.

She started working in hair 13 years ago to supplement her income. She started cutting and brushing her family's and friends' hair and took courses to become more professional. Then, in 2015, she left the company where she worked as an employee and dedicated herself entirely to her business. She made her dream come true, using her savings to rent a commercial space to open her beauty salon.

With the help of the loan, she will buy shampoo, conditioners, moisturizers, and new equipment.
