María Yanira

María Yanira is 30 years old, she is single and lives in her parents house in the Ricaurte parish of the Chone canton, an agricultural area par excellence for working people dedicated to field work and animal husbandry. She is a very hardworking woman who is looking for a way to earn her income, which in addition to paying her expenses, also helps her family to make ends meet. Even though life in the field is very hard due to the lack of resources, she tries to give the best to her family through her hard work.

She dedicates herself to raising pigs. She also has some breeding sows she hopes to artificially inseminate. Once the young piglets are born, she will raise them until they have adequate weight, and then sell to buyers who come to the area. This loan helps to buy semen, as well as feed and medicine for the pigs.
