Ndoga Babacar Group's story
This group was created at the same time as the banc villageois in 2010. It is made up of 16 women, all of whom live in the neighbourhood. They are engaged in small business. Madame Ndeye, standing on the right of the photo with her hand raised, is the group's leader. She is 43 years old. She is married and has seven children. She sells charcoal, peanuts and millet. She buys her supplies at the main market and then sells her products in the capital.
