Francisca, second from the left in the photo, is 53 years old, is divorced, and has two children.
She has lived by herself in a house she owns for more than three years. She has her own restaurant and spends a lot of her time dedicated to cooking. Her restaurant is well known and has a good reputation due to her charisma and for its dishes.
For a long time, she cooked for some friends in the region, until she realized that her house would no longer serve to meet the demand and opened a small restaurant. As time went by, she saw the need for a larger space due to the success for her business.
With help from the loan, she will invest in buying food for preparation of meals and drinks.
