Ms. Thiện, a 34-year-old woman, lives in the mountainous region of Cẩm Thủy District with her family. She is married and has one young child currently attending school.

Ms. Thiện’s husband works as a manual laborer, taking on various physically demanding jobs whenever they become available. Meanwhile, Ms. Thiện manages to balance her time between her job as a seamstress at a nearby factory and cultivating acacia trees on their small plot of land. The acacia trees, grown for timber, provide an additional source of income for the family. However, their combined earnings are just enough to cover their daily needs, leaving little room for savings or unexpected expenses.

To improve their financial situation, Ms. Thiện has planned to expand their acacia plantation. She believes that planting more high-quality acacia trees will significantly increase their income in the long term. Ms. Thiện decided to apply for a loan from Thanh Hóa MFI. The loan will enable her to buy superior-quality acacia seedlings and the fertilizers required for optimal growth.

Ms. Thiện’s plan is not without risks, as the acacia trees will take approximately five to six years to mature before they can be harvested for timber. Nevertheless, she remains optimistic, viewing this investment as a stepping stone toward a more secure future for her family.
