Meet Victor!

Victor runs a small food market in his rural community in East Panama.

After seeing how rent has increased in his small town, Victor has decided to be part of the solution to his community's challenges. He is building some small housing units to be rented to the young members of his town, as there is an increasing demand and very few housing options for people who want to stay in this community.

Today, Victor is applying for a small loan to build affordable housing units near his home. With the funds, he will buy construction materials and employ local workers to help him build.

Victor has taken smaller loans in the past and has always been punctual with his financial obligations.
