My health and wellness journey sparked a desire to empower others. As I rose above challenges, others took notice - family, community, and those facing similar obstacles. Their success fuels my passion to drive positive change, regardless of age. I believe, 'Transform your mindset, and the possibilities unfold.' My mission begins with cultivating mental strength in clients and community members.

Once I began my journey, I just couldn't stop. One thing I always say is, "It's personal." I am active each day and it allows me to appreciate my path and those I help along the way. I have years of Social Services experience as well. I fuse my experience with my training practices daily because people are constantly undergoing barriers, with my assistance, depending on what it is I can personally help or refer them directly to my partners.

I have been training for 7 years and H²0 has been in business for 3 years. I started on my own journey after being diagnosed with 4 different Autoimmune Diseases. It forced me to learn and understand them and how to reach my goal to lose weight and KEEP it off. As you could imagine, I underwent depression, anxiety and tons of self-doubt during that time. But once I mastered my diagnosis, I fought it in the gym... With exercise. I tell my clients all the time, "The gym is my Peace." People started inquiring what I was doing?
