My name is Jesus, and I am from Veracruz, Mexico. I have 16 years of experience in the culinary industry and I am familiar with more than 10 types of food concepts. I arrived in the US in 2007 with the American dream. I opened our restaurant doors in 2021, overcoming the challenges brought by the pandemic. Our menu is inspired by Mexican flavors and has been well-received by the community. We are committed to providing the best service and exquisite dishes for our clients.

However, we have faced challenges due to high costs and limitations, particularly in our location in downtown San Jose. Currently, our central air conditioning has not been functioning properly, since the smoke extractor ducts were not installed correctly. We also have to replace the kitchen hood. As a result, we have been unable to make the necessary repairs during the low season, leaving customers feeling uncomfortable and unable to enjoy their time in our restaurant. With summer approaching, it is crucial for us to be fully prepared in order to attract new customers and tourists.

This is especially important to ensure that we can support the restaurant during its most critical periods.
