Siempre Positivo Group

From León, Nicaragua meet the Siempre Positivo communal association, in loan cycle three and formed by eight clients. They characterize themselves as being humble, hardworking, and honest people. The businesses which predominate are selling cosmetics, selling clothing, selling phone recharges, selling food, and selling firewood.

Martha Ruth (wearing a blue shirt, black jacket, and blue jeans) is 62 years old, single, and considers herself to be a cheerful, responsible, and helpful person. She has four children, all adults and professionals. Three people live in her house.

Her business is selling clothing and perfumes and she has had it for six years. What she likes about her business is selling a variety of products to have more income. The challenge she has faced in her business is extending credit to customers and them not paying on the agreed-upon date. She will invest the loan in the purchase of 18 perfumes, three dozen underwear, and 12 women's pants. Her hope and dream for the future is to expand her business.

She advises women to know how to invest their loans and to strive to get ahead with their businesses.
