A loan of $425 helps to pay other women to help her conduct her taovala weaving business.
Luseane's story
Luseane is 43 years old. She is married and a mother of only one kid. They all live together in their own home.
She started this weaving business in 2010 with the help of her husband. Luseane loves weaving; she learned how to do weaving from her mother back in the day. She can weave on her own in her own house. She can weave taovala and mats, but most of her time she weaves taovala only which is easy for her. It takes time to weaves the mats. She prefers exporting her taovala overseas for marketing. Her family consists of 13 people. So they rely on this weaving business for income.
She earns a good income from her weaving business so she doesn't want to quit her weaving business. She receives a lot of orders from one of her regular customer overseas, but she can't make them on time so she turned to SPBD to assist her in terms of money to be able to pay other women to help her conduct her weaving in order to satisfy the needs and wants of her customer.
With the help of this loan she can still manage to run this weaving to generate more income for her family in the future.
