Fatima Esperanza and her family live in the city of Portoviejo, a city rich in the production of vegetables, legumes, and tropical fruits for domestic consumption, it has beaches and a variety of tourist sites.

Fatima Esperanza is a very good woman who works to help with household expenses and support her husband. She loves cooking, so she takes advantage and prepares snacks, empanadas, corviches, and fried cheesesticks for all kinds of events that her clients request. She also prepares typical regional foods on Saturdays and Sundays such as blood sausages, dried Creole chickens, tongas, and Creole chicken broths, among others. She sells them at home where her clients always come. She is very grateful to the good people who support her with loans.
