Argentina Group's story
The communal bank “Argentina” is composed of enterprising and responsible women who are committed to improving the quality of life of their families. They live in working class neighborhoods where the living conditions are fair.
This is the case for Bertha, 61, who has 3 children who are all independent. She has a business making and selling food. With this business, she is able to generate income to pay for the household expenses.
With this loan, Bertha will purchase all of the supplies that she needs to make the food that she sells. She hopes to open an affordable restaurant in a nearby neighborhood.
The other members of this group are: Patricia, Roxana, Ebelia, Greyey and Maricela. These women are fighting with their families for a more prosperous future.
