Galina

Galina is 62 years old and married. She works in the village kindergarten as a teacher and loves what she does. She has a daughter who is married, and Galina has 2 wonderful grandchildren. Galina’s family lives in a modest cottage in the village. They are a very hardworking family and have always worked to have a better living.

At the moment, they need to bring water from the well that is very far from their home. Unfortunately, their health does not allow them to make a lot of physical effort, that’s why they want very much to connect the house to the aqueduct to ease their daily chores. Galina appeals to Kiva for help. With these resources she could connect the house to the aqueduct and set up a bathroom, and so better living conditions will be created for her family.
