The communal bank Js Los Cumplidos, a part of the Agencia Jatun Sonqo, consists of eight members who are friends and neighbors in the community. It is led by a board of directors, with Katherine as president.
Katherine is 26 years old, single, and has one child. She currently has a business selling food. The loan she is obtaining now will be to increase the number of products and supplies.
This kind of work enables her to generate the income to support her family financially. She also hopes to continue improving and growing her enterprise.
