Kuña Guapa De Capiata Group's story

Lilian is a member of the communal banking group Kuña Guapa de Capiatá (Beautiful Women of Capiatá). She works selling meals and also has a corner store. These businesses generate important income for raising her three daughters and meeting household expenses.

Thanks to the loan she requested in the previous loan cycle, she was able to invest in her business which is growing more related to merchandise and customers. Her dream is to continue growing her business, offering a great variety of products in order to satisfy the needs of her customers and becoming the most popular point of sales in her community.

With this current loan she plans to invest in merchandise like 25 kilos of beef, 20 kilos of ground beef, 30 kilos of chicken, 25 boxes of eggs, 20 kilos of ham, 20 kilos of cheese, 30 liters of oil, and 180 kilos of cassava plant.

Other group members work selling phone cards, fruit, meals, chickens, grilled meats, or run stores, sewing shops, or other businesses.
