Witress's story

Witress, who is in her mid 30's, is married with three kids who are still at school. She has been running several businesses such as a beauty salon, selling water, selling chips, and selling broiler chickens for nine years now. She works from 4 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily and is able to earn a very good profit each month.

This will be Witress's 22nd loan from Tujijenge Tanzania. She used the previous loans to expand her business activities by starting to sell chips and broiler chickens. She also increased her range of salon products, and the salon is now very popular. She has paid back all her loans successfully and appreciates the lenders for their support.

She used the profit to build her own house, take care of her family, repay loan, pay school fees for her kids, and cover household expenses. She will use this loan to start a new business of selling rice. She dreams of building a house for renting.

Witress will be accountable for paying back her loan.
