Saroeurn's Group's story

Originally from Kandal province, Saroeurn, 33, is a mother of three children who are in school. To make a living, she has been working at garment factory for 13 years and she can earn additional income via growing rice to upgrade her family conditions. Due to lack of water, she couldn’t grow her rice well and this is the main challenge for her rice farming. For Saroeurn, she has never been with VisionFund to get a loan to support her business. As a group leader of four members, she will manage her entire portion of loan to buy organic fertilizer for farmland, which is expected to increase crop yields. She hopes to get more income to improve her living standard and keep her children in school.
