A loan helped a member to purchase supplies (13 reels of yarn).

Tuongozane Group's story

Fazila is a female artist and member of the "Tuongozane" loan group, a client of the field partner MFI Hekima. She is married to a nurse and is 54 years old. She has six children, only one of whom is still in school, and the five others are already grown.

She has been selling pre-made baskets in the market for the past four years. She started her business with money she received from her husband. She will purchase supplies (13 reels of yarn). She hopes to build a house and to pay for schooling and food for her children.

Finally, she would like to thank Hekima for the support that they provide to entrepreneurs excluded from the traditional banking system.
