Mrs. Thien, 53, has been participating in the program of M7-MFI since January 1995. Her family consists of six members, including her husband, her son, her daughter-in-law, and two children of her son. Her family currently lives in Mai Son district, Son La province.
Her family’s main occupation is agricultural production, so the annual income after deducting all costs is just enough to cover the family’s living expenses, and they can still save a small amount. She wants to buy fertilizer for the next coffee crop but the saved amount is not enough. Therefore, she wants to request a loan for this purpose.
She hopes that the loan amount will help her family invest effectively in agriculture production, and the next crop will bring her family a considerable profit.
