Zulma is 33 years old and lives in her own home with her husband and her two children. She has earned a living growing corn for 15 years. When her harvest is ready she stores in in the granaries that can been seen in this photograph in order to sell it later in the surrounding towns. With what she earns from her sales she manages to cover some of her household expenses. Zulma is asking for this loan in order to buy manure, seeds, fertilisers, etc. and in this way be able to improve her income in order to have better economic stability.
