A loan helped to pay for the materials and cost of fabricating glass to sell.

Aileen's story

This borrower's name is Aileen, 37, resident of Silang, Cavite, Philippines. She is married to Marvin, a driver, and has a child who is still at the Elementary Level. She and her husband work hard to provide for their daily personal and household needs.

Aileen has had a glass fabrication business for three years already. She fabricates glass such as glass windows and sliding glass doors. She is happy that contractors have trusted her to make the glass requirements of the houses and offices they build in their area. She earns a minimum of Php 1000 in sales every day.

To help her continue operations of her business, Aileen is requesting a Php 15000 loan which she will use to buy materials used in fabricating glass doors and windows. She is thanking God and you in advance for a good turnout of her business and the financial aid that will be given to her, for it will surely help in their daily sustenance.

Aileen hopes to grow her business and send her child to college to allow her better opportunities for her future. Aileen faithfully meets up with her co-fellowship members to share stories of her work every week and draw strength and inspiration from the Word of God she studies.

* All CCT community partners / clients are organized into fellowship groups that meet on a weekly basis. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 30 community partners. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the Word of God, build social capital, and repay micro-finance loans.
