Rubaba's story

Rubaba is 56 year old and married, with six kids. Her daughters are married and live separately.

She's earned her living buying and selling vegetables for the past twenty years.

When she was young, she started to learn to work in agriculture. Her parents taught her to grow fruits and vegetables, since it was their only source of income. Now her sons are helping her to sell vegetables in central bazaar.

Rubaba’s income from her business is AZN 150. In order to increase the living conditions of her family, she plans to expand her business.

She needs a AZN 1,500 loan to buy fertilizers, seeds, and fruit trees. Rubaba hopes to earn more revenue in the coming winter, which will help her to support her family’s needs.
