Seanghean, a resident from Kampong Cham province, is 49 years old and a married mother blessed with seven children. To earn a living, she manages two hectares of farmland as her main source of income. This business earns her about 40,500 KHR per day. This is the third loan for Seanghean with VisionFund (Kiva’s partner). She has fully repaid back her previous loan. Now, she has formed a group of four to get a new loan. As the leader, she will spend her entire loan portion to buy fertilizer, and to pay for labour costs. She hopes that she can gain a better yield than before.
