A loan helped a member to buy embroidery supplies.

Zareena's Group's story

Zareena is a 45-year-old married woman.

She has done hand embroidery from home for many years to support her family. In fact, her husband has been sick most of the time and is unable to work.

For the sake of her children and to meet household expenses, she started an embroidery business at home with the help of her daughters. A supplier comes to her home and provides the embroidery supplies. She and her daughters complete the project using a wooden frame. She wants to sell knitted embroidery directly in the market so that she can earn more profit for her family. She has become an expert in her art and wants to buy supplies so that she can sell her handmade embroidery in her hometown.

Zareena has requested a loan to buy supplies to knit more embroidered dresses to sell and generate maximum income.

She is a mother of three daughters and three sons. She hopes to increase her earnings through larger sales. She wishes to utilize a portion of the revenue to provide a quality education for her children.
