A loan helped to buy Hello Kitty products.

María Magnolia's story

Like many Colombian women, it has fallen to María to be a mother who is the head of the family. She struggles alone for her daughter. This is because the person that she had her daughter with left and abandoned them.

However, María knew that she had all of the qualities to exercise the role of mother and father. She has been able to raise, support, and give everything to her daughter.

Talking about work, María is a saleswoman at her sister’s store. In addition to this, she does consultations, which is an extra income that allows her to cover the household expenses because she lives alone with her daughter.

She is requesting a loan to buy a Hello Kitty place where she can distribute products like knapsacks, parasols, toys, and articles related to this character. She is doing this because if her sister goes to another city, she will not have anyone to work with. With her consultation experience, she thinks that it is now time to have her own business and to fulfill her dream of having her own house with her daughter. She is struggling every day for her daughter's future.
