Nga's story

Nga, 28, is married and has a son. She lives with her family in Ho Chi Minh City. Her husband supports the family as a worker in a local factory. She earns an income running a general store in front of her house.

Nga started this business four years ago. She sells sugar, toys for kids, soft drinks, yogurt and other household items to people in her community. She is requesting a loan to expand her business by buying a greater variety of products, in particular foods and beverages, to stock her store and better satisfy her customers.

She hopes her business runs smoothly and will generate a higher income to assist her in improving her family's living conditions.
