Irma is a member of the communal bank Bienestar (Wellbeing). She lives with her life partner and 4 children. The eldest child is 18 and preparing for the university; the other children attend the local grade school. Irma lives in the housing development Señor del Huerto where she has a store stocked with groceries, meat and fruit. Irma's work day starts at 4 in the morning when she goes out to do the shopping at the wholesale food market. Meanwhile, at 5 AM her daughters open the store. Irma keeps the store open until 9 PM, with the help of her daughters during their free time. Irma used to travel to the fairs, but gave it up because her son is still small. Irma es conviviente, tiene 35 años y 4 hijos la mayor de 18 años que esta preparándose para la universidad y los demás estudian en el colegio, Irma vive en el asentamiento humano Señor del Huerto en donde tiene una tienda surtida de abarrotes, verduras, carnes, frutas, el día de Irma inicia a las 4 de la mañana para ir de compras al mercado de abastos, mientras sus hijas abren la tienda a las 5 de la mañana hasta las 9 de la noche, actividad que realiza con el apoyo de sus hijas en sus ratos libres, Irma anteriormente viajaba a las ferias, actividad que dejo de realizar porque su hijo esta muy pequeño. Además Irma junto a su esposo tienen un carro con el cual realizan transporte urbano.
Irma necesita un préstamo de 1200 soles dinero que será invertido en la compra de azúcar, arroz, aceite, detergente.
Irma sueña con construir su casa de material noble, brindar una buena educación a sus hijos y surtir su negocio.
