A loan helped to buy a cow to increase milk production and dairy products.

Fatima's story

Fatima is a 52-year-old, married, mother of three children. She is a Palestinian refugee, living and working in a Palestinian camp.

For eight years, she's worked with her husband, selling fresh milk and dairy products, such as yogurt and labneh (which is a creamy, tasty yogurt that's spread on bread).

Fatima’s clean work provides her with customers' support and loyalty, especially because she puts her products in sterile, healthy bottles. She is a hard-working woman, with good experience in her domain.

Fatima is acquiring a loan from Kiva partner, Al Majmoua Lebanese Association for Development, to buy a cow to increase milk production and dairy products. She hopes to stay in good health and to keep on expanding her business in the future.
