This is the third loan for Gloria and her group. Her group remains very close. There are seven other members who also will invest their portion of the loan in agriculture and fishing.
Gloria is an enterprising woman who has the motivation and the capacity to identify the needs of her community. And organize the resources for those who need them and make them into an economic activity that makes money. Her main activity is growing vegetables, totally organic, which produces a superior quality product. She has achieved this thanks to two previous loans that she got through Fundación Mujer.
This loan, as with the past loans, will be used to buy seeds, other types of plants to reproduce, bags, containers to prepare the organic fertilizer, special sand, a special type of large sized plastic to cover the plants and other supplies for her crops. Gloria will sell them in her community and also to middlemen who will sell them in other areas.
