Sonia works in milk production. She has been in this business for more than 15 years and she has a lot of experience in it. Sonia’s work is very hard because she starts her workday very early, at 5:00 in the morning, when she milks the cows. She feeds them and then goes to the fields to harvest alfalfa, which she does with a manual grass cutter. Sonia is requesting the loan to be able to buy hay for feeding her cows. Sonia is grateful to the people at Kiva for the help they are giving her, since it is through their support that she will be able to increase her milk production and have a better quality of life.
