Sunaphula's story

Sunaphula is a 38-year-old widow lady living with her parents and a child in a village in Odisha, India. She does not want to be a burden on her father, so she started to sell milk at her house and support her father financially.

She is engaged in the activity of selling milk and milk products. She has two cows at her house and has been involved in this activity for the past eight years. She sells ten litres of milk daily at the rate of 24 INR per litre.

Sunaphula has requested a loan amount of 30,000 INR for purchasing two cows. She says that doing so will let her increase her customers and supply milk in a large amount. She also wants to repair the cattle shed.

Sunaphula has a dream to give a better living standard to her family and save some money for future unfortunates.
