Julia, 49, is a hardworking woman. She lives in her own house with her husband and five children. Julia sells canned goods, vegetables, cereals, soft-drinks and snacks, among others. She’s been doing this work for more than 10 years and comments that ever since she started to work with this business she’s been improving her and her family’s quality of life every day because the business always produces income.
What she likes about the work is that it’s independent; she comments that at the beginning it was difficult because she had much clientele but she was gradually able to improve the store thanks to MFP loans.
She will use the granted loan to buy groceries for her store. This is her 13th loan and once again she thanks the lenders who place their trust in her. She also thanks the members of her communal bank for being honest people. She will use the 3,000 new soles to stock up on sacks of rice and sugar as well as cereals and canned goods which are in highest demand.
