A loan helped to purchase more used clothes for her business.

Rita's story

Rita, 37, lives with her husband and two children, aged 10 and 14, in Sinkor. She has been involved in her business for the past four years and has a table in the market, where she sells ladies' dresses and blouses and men's shirts. Rita learned to sell from her mother, and her husband helped her with the initial capital to start this business. Her favorite part of the business is meeting new customers. Rita faces the challenge of low sales during the rainy season. She will use the profit generated from the business to buy more goods and to contribute to the household expenses. Rita is requesting this loan to purchase more used clothes for the business. Her plan for the future is to build a house.
