A loan helped to buy more merchandise and basic necessities such as eggs, milk, bread, beans, sugar, rice, and oil.

Fatuma's story

Fatuma lives with her life companion, who works and helps with the household expenses, and five children, all of whom attend school. She is a happy and hardworking person who is dedicated to her family.

For five years she has had a store in her own home where she sells basic necessities. She sells dairy products, sweetened drinks, and basic grains, among other things. She has good relations with her neighbors and is very collaborative, which makes her one of the most favored when it comes to selling, because they prefer her and this increases her clientele.

Fatuma wants to expand her business; that is, buy more products to have the most complete store in the area. This is why she is asking Yehu Microfinance for a loan to buy more merchandise and basic necessities such as eggs, milk, bread, beans, sugar, rice, and oil, among other items that her customers request but that she still doesn't have.

She is sure that with the profits generated by these new products, she will be able to repay the debt and get a better life for her family.
