Juan Carlos is waterproofing his house. He is requesting the loan because he does not have the money he needs to buy the supplies. He wants to improve his family's property. With this improvement he will no longer have problems with leaking on the walls and his furniture from the humidity during the rainy season. He also will avoid the illnesses that his three children have.
Juan Carlos works in the area of production at a "maquiladora" [factory] on the night shift, and in the afternoon he works construction. He will make the improvement in addition to his jobs. He wants to protect his family and give them a secure property with more comforts.
